Our Verdict

The Buff speed cap is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a high-performance running cap that will keep you from weighing you down or making you overheat. This ultralight hat is explicitly designed with intense workouts in mind.

One of the standout features is the breathable construction incorporating laser-cut ventilation holes. This allows fantastic airflow to keep you cool and dry even when going hard. The quick-dry nylon fabric wicks away moisture rapidly as well.

Despite being lightweight and breathable, the soft fabric provides a snug, comfortable fit that stays securely in place. The moisture-wicking sweatband is another nice touch for absorbing sweat during tough training sessions.
