Our Verdict

At just 79g and only 68 mm long when closed, the NexTool Mini Flagship Multi Tool stands out for on-trail maintenance, which will get just as much (if not more) use at home. The full-size scissors are genuinely impressive at this scale—sharp, sturdy, and comfortable to use. The spring-loaded pliers, small blade, and screwdrivers are all well executed too, with a level of finish that feels above its price point.

The only real niggle I’ve had is with the keyring loop, which can get in the way when using the the sissors. The compact form and excellent scissors make it one of the better mini multitools I’ve handled, especially for everyday carry or lightweight backup use.
