Our Verdict

Therm-a-Rest’s 2020 Air Head Lite Pillow has been updated with a change in shape and a reduction in weight. It is the same valve on this pillow as they used to have on their sleeping mats, so you know it’s really high quality and reliable (and in a worst case scenario, can be replaced). The face fabric is really nice and soft and you shouldn’t need to cover this with anything to get a good nights sleep, the back of the pillow has a slightly different fabric that is more about keeping the weight down.

Overall this is a quality pillow, made to the high standards that Therm-a-Rest hold their mats to. It is light enough, soft and comfortable so it works well and helps give you a decent nights sleep.
