With a 600ml pot featuring a heat exchanger, it’s purpose-built to maximise fuel efficiency—ideal for backpackers aiming to keep weight low and performance high. At just 218g (not including the canister stand), it takes up minimal space, and its compact, foldable design makes it simple to pack away, even in a crowded backpack.

The Hornet II stove is impressively lightweight at 48.5g, yet it delivers a powerful 2.5kW output, capable of boiling a litre of water in just 3 and 25 seconds. Made from durable titanium. Setting up the Hornet II does require a little practice. It uses a unique sliding and locking mechanism: slide the pot stand down the stove shaft, twist to lock, and fully extend the pot supports. This setup may feel fiddly at first. Still, once locked in, the 122mm stand diameter provides reliable stability for pots from 64mm to 122mm, offering steady support even on uneven terrain.
