The Power Stretch Contact Glove is a lightweight and quick drying glove, made using Polartec® Power Stretch® Pro™ fabric and featuring conductive fingertips on the index and thumb tips to allow use with smartphones.

The Power Stretch Contact Glove can be used as a standalone glove for mountain and hill walking in variable conditions, or as a liner glove in harsher alpine environments.

Our Verdict

Rab’s Power Stretch Contact Gloves provide a decent amount of warmth from the Polartec Power Stretch Pro material. The fleece lining and stretch in the material make them really comfortable for wearing over long periods and allow you to keep a good level of dexterity.

If you simply want the warmth and comfort but don’t think you’ll need to handle that much then go for these, the non grip version and save a few quid. If you think you might need the extra grip with the silicon design on the palm then the contact grip are a great alternative choice.
