Our Verdict

A perfect baselayer for hardworking days on the trail. The Merino-polyester blend does a fantastic job of regulating heat, wicks moisture, and dries super-fast.

The material has a lovely feeling against your skin, and has a very nice cut especially the set-in sleeves which facilitate enhanced movement.

The baselayer can be worn for a few days at a time without it picking up any unpleasant aromas, so this is brilliant for multi-day treks but equally good for running or climbing, anything when you’re working hard.

I’m always a fan of a long-sleeved base layer, they offer brilliant sun protection in hot weather but the sleeves can be rolled up when you need to regular heat.
