Our Verdict

The Osprey Daylite Duffel 45 is a well-balanced, adaptable bag that bridges the gap between everyday use and travel. Weighing 707 grams, it remains lightweight and offers a generous 45-litre capacity—perfect for gym gear, weekend trips, or extra layers on longer journeys. The large U-shaped opening allows easy access to the main compartment, while internal and external zip pockets help keep essentials organised.

Like the smaller version, this duffel features a versatile carry system with EVA foam-padded straps, allowing it to be worn as a backpack, slung over the shoulder, or carried by the padded grab handles. The structured 600D bottom provides extra durability, and using bluesign-approved recycled materials makes it a responsible choice for eco-conscious travellers.
