This is the latest and now largest addition to the fire vest range, including 2 x 350ml Flexi Flasks.

The MountainFire 15 has an increased volume roll-top pocket on the back at 15 litres you could even pack for a 2 day Mountain Marathon. This addition prepares the runner to keep themselves safe with less accessed emergency kit such as additional dry layers food and first aid. Additional sleeve for bladder. Supplied complete with 2 x 350ml Flexi Flasks. Stretch mesh harness and pockets reduces bounce whilst running holding your kit close to the body. And with 7 large stretch pockets up front there is plenty of room for on the move essentials.

Our Verdict

This vest has a 15L roll-top closure compartment that is big enough for full days in the hills and even the longest mandatory kit lists. The vest has seven mesh pockets to keep everything you need close at hand.

The stretch fabrics the main harness is constructed from form, and the adjustable sternum strap do a fantastic job of eliminating bounce; even with the 15l roll top bag full to capacity, and the two water bottles full if don’t bounce around too much, it’s a stable run with a full pack.
