The Tyvek cover is a great way to protect your sleeping bag from moisture. This lightweight, breathable cover is a great addition to bivy and tarp set ups.

Our Verdict

Montbell’s Tyvek Sleeping Bag Cover is a great way of adding a layer of protection to your bag. Although the tyvek isn’t fully waterproof it does a great job of keeping moisture off your bag whilst also being breathable enough to let out heat and moisture build up during the night. The tyvek material feels much softer and more comfortable than you’d expect and it certainly adds a significant amount of durability for your sleeping set up.

Weighing in at just 150g and compressing down to a decent size this is a great addition for keeping your sleeping bag in top condition for bivy and tarp trips.
