Our Verdict

The Montbell Pocketable Light Tote strikes a balance between portability and practicality, weighing just 213g and offering 28 litres of storage space. The 70-denier ripstop nylon holds up well to regular use, and although not fully waterproof, it repels light rain and dries quickly. The wide base makes loading easy, and the drawstring closure keeps contents safe and secured. A side mesh pocket adds handy storage for a water bottle. It folds neatly into its pocket when not in use, making it ideal for shopping runs, travel or carrying overflow from a main pack.
