This insulated jacket is made from a FEATHERLITE Air fabric with a ripstop outer and low-profile seams providing wind resistance and breathability. The lightweight centre front zip reduces weight and improves layering ability for colder conditions.

Hybrid in design, the Dynamic Insulation provides thermal performance throughout the main body, with THERMO Stretch brush back fleece sleeves for freedom of movement and excellent moisture management.

The Sirocco Lite hoodie is finished with an elasticated hood to protect you from the elements, lightweight hardware and two hand pockets that provide convenient storage for essentials.

The updated 2024/25 Montane Sirocco Lite Insulated Hoodie weighs 287g in Medium. It offers a thoughtfully hybrid construction: synthetic insulation across the torso where it’s most needed, with lighter, stretch fleece panels under the arms and along the sides. This keeps it breathable and close-fitting without sacrificing warmth. The cut is neat and sits well under a shell.

Moisture management is excellent during high-output efforts, and the fabric handles wind surprisingly well for such a soft, quiet piece. It’s an excellent mid-layer in summer or as part of a winter layering system; essentially, it will get year-round use. When moving quickly, the hood and hem stay in place, and the hand pockets are easily accessible even under a harness or pack belt.
