An Incredibly lightweight, packable, waterproof rucksack.

Waterproof lightweight backpack with roll-top closure, which will be updated for and will come with recycled, bluesign® certified nylon fabric. Newly revised is the elastic front compression, which is now faster and easier to access and allows, for example, lightning-fast storage of a helmet.

The featherweight Cloudburst 15 and Cloudburst 25 manages the balancing act between waterproof pack and lightweight backpack and is unsurpassed in versatility. Whether as a Summit Pack in the Himalayas, somewhere in a humid jungle, as a backup travel backpack or shopping bag on the way home, with 15 or 25 litres volume, the Cloudburst swallows quite a bit of gear and is perfect for a day trip with changing weather conditions.

Our Verdict

A nice bit of “piece of mind” gear that, although I can’t see getting a lot of use out on the trail, I still think is a fantastic item to have on you, whenever you are on the go and potentially need some instant weather protection.

The Airy mesh shoulder straps are very breathable, and the EVA foam back adds a good level of comfort. The bag can then easily be stashed away when not in use.
