Super comfortable softshell pants with plenty of stretch and freedom of movement. Aenergy Light SO Pants are super versatile and well suited to climbing, hiking and general outdoor wear.

They are made from a particularly lightweight and yet abrasion-proof double fabric. The water-repellent treatment is PFC-free. The pants are breathable, quick-drying and their elasticated properties allow freedom of movement. The waistband is elasticated and the drawstring ensures a perfect fit. The climbing harness-compatible pockets have zippers to make sure nothing gets lost. A drawstring allows you to ideally adjust the leg hems for a more streamlined fit, providing a clearer view of your foot placements when mountaineering and climbing. Our Verdict

Aenergy Light SO Pants are designed with the stretch, comfort, and durability needed for climbing pants to succeed. They are much more versatile and are just as good for hiking and general outdoor wear.

The softshell material provides enough stretch but it is also breathable for when things heat up. There is a good amount of water repellency in the fabric. All the pockets are secure enough for important bits with zip closures which, again is a nice touch for practical outdoor pants.
