aLOKSAK bags are resealable element-proof storage bags featuring a hermetic seal. That means absolutely no water, air, dust or humidity permeates the closure. The transparent bags are flexible, puncture resistant and designed for various applications and environments.

Our Verdict

There would seem to be nothing much to say about a re-sealable bag – but there is! I’ve been keeping my phone in one for the past month – constantly taking it in and out of pockets and bags, opening and closing it about once a day to charge the phone. Result? – The bag still has a watertight/airtight seal.

So, a bag is not just a bag. There’s no comparison between one of these aLokSaks and the re-sealable bags you buy for the freezer – the seal is much more effective and durable for a start, and the bag itself is made from a higher grade of material, so it’s a lot tougher. The seal is easy to open as the back is offset from the front (you’ll know what I mean when you see one).

Finally on product life; it may be that aLokSaks don’t last as long as more bespoke products, but when they wear out its no hardship to get another one, and I have no doubt that they will last the length of your trip however far and for however long you roam.
