Our Verdict

The LifeStraw Peak Series Collapsible Squeeze Bottle 650ml slotted neatly into my side pocket and barely made a dent in weight at 98g. I used it primarily to drink straight from the bottle, though it can just as quickly process water into another container if needed.. The filtration is solid—clear water every time, even from gritty sources.

It’s well thought out overall, though the soft bottle does need a firm grip to maintain a good flow. The backflush system is handy for keeping it running smoothly, and the whole setup feels cleaner and more refined than earlier squeeze designs I’ve used. The included cap seals well, and the wide mouth makes refilling straightforward.
