Our Verdict

I used these every morning on a coast-to-coast crossing, after breakfast I would pop two tablets into my mug and let them dissolve whilst I packed my tent up, then drink before we set off. Replacing the electrolytes you use through exercise is important, especially if you are on a multi-day hike. Many “sports drinks” contain a lot of sugar, which won’t help hydrate you; these Hydration Tablets only contain the electrolytes and minerals you need, and they taste pretty good too.
