The Helinox Seat Warmer for Savanna/Playa is a simple way to make your larger camp chair warmer and cosier when the temperature drops.

Our Verdict

Weighing 493g, it fits the bigger frame snugly and stays put without fuss. I like the reversible design, offering a choice between a soft, fleecier feel or a tougher outer that’s better when the weather turns. It adds noticeable warmth and a layer of extra padding, especially handy on chilly mornings or long evenings around camp. It won’t pack into the original chair bag, but it rolls down small enough to tuck away in its own stuff sack. I wouldn’t take it on every trip, but when comfort’s the priority, it’s well worth the space.
