Incredibly light and very easy to stash in your pack, this is an invaluable addition to any back country kitchen set up, that doesn’t rely solely on dehydrated meals. I often take Wraps and its nice to be able to safely slice some cheese or pastrami on the go for lunch and this makes things safer and more hygienic.
