A lightweight cup capable of holding over 400ml of liquid. Usually, cups this light hold a tiny amount, require constant top ups and cost a significant amount of money. This is a great price, a great size and with folding handles it’s easily packed and carried.

Our Verdict

GSI Outdoors’ Bugaboo Cup weighs in at just 52g with folding handles, imprinted graduations and a good capacity. This cup is large enough (14 fl. oz. or 414ml) to enjoy a drink from without having to top it up constantly. Other cups at this weight will either cost a significant amount more or will hold a lot less fluid.

The folding handles and simple design mean you can easily pack this cup in your rucksack and the use of aluminium means it’s strong enough you don’t have to worry about it once it’s in your pack. What’s not to like about this? It is one of the first pieces of kit I pack on overnight trips now.
