Our Verdict

I’ve been using the Gossamer Gear Odditty Bags to wrangle small bits of kit — things like electronics, or a toilet kit — and they’ve held up well so far. The materials feel just as tough as anything else in the Gossamer Gear lineup, and they’re made from leftover pack fabric, which I like both for the sustainability and the character it gives each bag.

At 19g, they’re well within the ultralight range, and the size works nicely for keeping your gear sorted without taking up too much space. They’re not fully waterproof, but the fabric offers enough resistance to keep things dry in typical trail conditions.
