Our Verdict

Exped’s Widget Pump is a compact and highly versatile bit of kit. It uses a built in rechargeable lithium battery to power the air pump, light and power bank. All of these features work really well too. The pump is one of the best travel pumps we’ve used to a good amount of air pushed out and it’s able to fill an air mat in no time on fast mode. The light has several brightness settings which are great for use in and around your tent when you’re at camp. Finally, the power bank set up which is capable of charging your phone fully up to two times depending on how much you’ve used the battery for already.

It isn’t the lightest piece of kit but if you took a separate air pump, lamp and power bank they would undoubtedly weigh more. It’s compact, handy and practical.
