At 205g (size M), it’s light enough to stay breathable but built with enough thought to handle proper trekking. The stretch panels across the back and sleeves do a great job managing sweat without clinging, while the looser cut allows airflow where you need it. The hood is roomy but not floppy, with a subtle button that fastens it in place when things get breezy. I especially like the ¼-length button opening, which provides welcome ventilation on climbs, and the thumb loops and chest pocket add those little touches that make a big difference on long days.
