This dish provides a great combo of protein, carbs, calories and flavour.

At first glance the Posh Pork and Beans looked a little watery – though adding less water may solve that. Flavour wise it was a little bland but you do get a sweet after taste from the spiced bbq flavour. We noticed the beans were a little on the crunchy side, but after leaving them for a little while longer than stated they became softer. An Optimus Pot Cozy would help resolve this. An overall nice breakfast with a generous portion size.
