Our Verdict

Buff’s Arm Sleeves are a simple yet effective solution for sun protection and temperature regulation on the trail or road. Made from a stretchy, quick-drying polyester/elastane blend, they provide UPF 50+ coverage without the bulk of a jacket.

The sleeves utilise Buff’s HEIQ Cooling technology to help dissipate body heat, while the moisture-wicking fabric pulls sweat away from your skin. Silicone grippers on the upper arms prevent annoying ride-ups as you move.

Reflective accents enhance low-light visibility, an excellent safety feature for runners and cyclists. The seamless construction minimises chafing potential.

While lightweight, the arm sleeves offer impressive sun blockage and breathable insulation in more excellent conditions. They’re easy to pack and quickly pull on and off as needed.
