On cloudy days, in the fog and in the dark, the sturdy and windproof light trek automatic flashlite with a torch incorporated in the handle is a valuable gadget. The minimum luminous time of the LED torch is 23 hours in permanent service. It can be used in the handle to illuminate the path or detached and carried by the hand. The flashing light feature, moreover, guarantees better visibility at night. Apart from the LED-torch the pocket umbrella excels by its easy-to-use open/close function which opens and closes the umbrella by an instant.

Our Verdict

EuroSchirm’s Light Trek Automatic Flashlite Umbrella is another upgraded version of the original Light Trek Umbrella. It’s basically the Light Trek Automatic Umbrella but with an added built in flashlite. Pretty unique and very handy for those situations when you find yourself struggling to read the map.

Having the built in flashlite adds around 81 grams which isn’t too bad considering most hand held flashlites probably weight that or more anyways.
