GSI Outdoors’ Folding Cutting Board is a compact, folding cutting board made from a robust 4.4mm thick plastic to with stand frequent use. The hinged design packs away small so you don’t have to pack your entire bag around making it fit. The surface area is surprisingly large so it’s great for cooking large meals or catering for groups. The clever little gutter designed into is is surprisingly helpful for chopping wet produce. 

Don’t let the fact you’re not at home stop you from cooking a delicious meal. Ideal for back packers or just to keep with your car camping gear as it’s light enough, small and convenient.
