Our Verdict

Synthetic bags are go-anywhere bags; they survive well in damp conditions and keep you warm when they are wet. This is an incredibly reasonably priced bag for a sleep system capable of keeping you warm at -7, it’s not an “ultra-light” bag, but it’s a reasonable weight for a four-season bag, it’s not a bag I would take out in the depths of winter, but I would be happy to take it out on milder winter nights.

It’s a mummy shape and is of generous size; you have plenty of room to toss and turn, no draft collars and a baffle running the length of the zip means you won’t be displacing hot and cold air, so you stay nice and toasty.The women’s bag is smaller around the shoulders and wider at the hips.
