Adventure Nutrition’s Extreme Adventure 800 Kcal range are well above average calorie count for a freeze dried breakfast, ideal if you have a bigger appetite, or find you’re hungry very quickly after a smaller offering.

Our Verdict

Adventure Nutrition’s Extreme Adventure 800 Kcal range is a great range if standard freeze dried meals just don’t seem to be enough.

A typical freeze dried breakfast will be less than 500calories, so by upgrading to the Adventure Nutrition Extreme Adventure 800 breakfasts you should have a more solid start to the day. From my own experience the standard lower calorie freeze dried breakfasts often have me wanting something else by around 10.00am.
